Q. How are items packaged and shipped?
A. Items will be well packed and sent via Australia Post.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. I am located in Tasmania, Australia and postage times within Australia are often between 7-14 business days and postage times to countries outside Australia can be anywhere from 2-6 weeks or more.
Please note postage times are in addition to the processing time which is the time taken to prepare, package and lodge the item with the postal service and this is usually 3-5 business days and is indicted on each item listing.
Q. Are there any additional costs?
A. All custom fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Q. What countries do you ship to?
A. Presently I ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada and USA. If you are in a country other than those listed please contact me to see if shipping is possible to your country.
Q. What do I do if my order doesn't arrive?
A. If your item has not arrived within 28 business days of postage please let me know and I will help you track it. An order is not considered lost until 6 weeks after posting.
Q. What if my order arrives damaged?
A. If your item arrives damaged please photograph the package before opening, if possible. If the item itself is damaged I require photos of the packaging and the damaged item before a refund can be given.
Q. Can I return an item?
A. Yes you can if returned within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be packaged carefully so that they arrive back to me in unused and saleable condition. I suggest you get tracking so you know it has arrived back to me. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds are for the item price only and do not include shipping costs. Custom or personalised items cannot be returned.
